Venezuela Elections: Are They Valid?

The Supreme Court of Venezuela ruled on Wednesday of this week. that the swearing-in ceremony
for Mr. Hugo Chavez can be postponed, as he is not physically available to appear at the ceremony.
The team of advisors of Mr. Chavez can and will be able to move seamlessly from the previous
presidential term to the new term on January 10, 2013

Luis Estela Morales, the president of the Supreme Court of Venezuela, who is a Chavez loyalist,
declared on Wednesday of this week that the supreme court’s ruling has every intention of upholding
the results of the October 2012 presidential elections in Venezuela.

being governed by President Hugo Chavez
